Terms of Use

By downloading or using Whenbee, you agree to these terms. They're short, and written to be read.
What Whenbee is
Whenbee helps you estimate how long tasks take by learning from your own timing. Its estimates are guidance based on your history — useful, but not guarantees, and not professional, medical, or financial advice. You're responsible for the plans and commitments you make with them.
Your data
Your data belongs to you, and almost all of it stays on your device. There is no account and no cloud backup, so if you want a safety copy, keeping your device backed up (via your platform's own backup) is up to you. How we handle the small amount of data that reaches us is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Free and Pro
Whenbee's core — timing tasks, learning your numbers, seeing your calibration — is free. Pro is an optional paid upgrade, available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Billing. Purchases are billed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on where you got the app. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. We never see your payment details.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; your access continues to the end of the period you've paid for.
- Trials. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their policies. On Google Play you can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase; after that, and on the App Store, requests go through the store's own refund process. Ask us at the email below if you're stuck and we'll help where we can.
- Lifetime. The lifetime option is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro for as long as Whenbee is available. It isn't a promise that the app will exist forever.
Using the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use Whenbee on devices you own. Don't resell it, don't use it to build a competing dataset, and don't try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer it except where the law says we can't stop you.
No warranty
Whenbee is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its estimates fit every situation.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Whenbee in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect losses such as missed appointments, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that can't be waived — those always win over this paragraph.
Ending things
You can stop using Whenbee at any time by deleting the app; since your data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it. We may stop providing the app or terminate a license that's being abused, though your non-waivable rights around purchases survive that.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. The date at the top always shows the current version, and meaningful changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use Whenbee after a change means you accept it; if you don't, stop using the app and, for subscriptions, cancel renewal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
